The number you have dialed is no longer in service.
あなたがおかけになった電話番号は、現在使われておりません。

Lisa:	The recording says, "The number you have dialed is no longer in service." Are you sure you have the right number?
Robin:	It's in the phone book. They must have moved then.
Lisa:	I guess so.

Lisa:	「あなたがおかけになった電話番号は、現在使われておりません。」っていう録音が流れるわ。電話番号は合ってるのかしら？
Robin:	電話帳に書いてあるのよ。じゃ、引越ししたに違いないわ。
Lisa:	そうかもね。

この場合、"be in service" で、「使われている」という意味になります。
