"in person"で、「直接」という意味になります。
If you have any problem with me, I want you to tell me in person.:
私と何か問題があるようでしたら、私に直接言ってください。
"talk over the phone"で、「電話で話す」という意味になります。"talk on the phone"でも同様の意味になります。
