プロジェクトはどんな感じですか？
シアトルのダウンタウンで働くAnne。最近、どうも仕事に集中できず、つらい思いをしています。さて、月曜日になり、「今週こそ！」と奮起して出勤したものの、やはりぼんやりしてしまい、ふと気づくと上司が横に立っていました。

Anne, how's the project
coming along? |
| Anne: |
（あわてて）Oh, uh....I'm still working on it. |
| Boss: |
It's due today at 3. Can you finish it by
then? |
| Anne: |
I will do my best. |
| Boss: |
Anne, we postponed the deadline twice already.
You are not going to tell me at 3 that you couldn't finish it again.
O.K.? |

.....Yes, boss. |

the project coming along?"（プロジェクトの進み具合はどうですか）となります。"work on
〜"は、「〜に取り組む」、"It's due 〜"は、「〜が提出期限です」という意味です。 |
